Lepin and Renehan Management signed our first management contract in 1984 with the spirit and commitment to the ideals of integrity, mutual respect between the client and the management company and most importantly in providing exceptional customer service.  These qualities remain the foundation by which the company operates and has grown to serve over 15,000 individual owner members in the Ahwatukee Foothills, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek and Tempe.  We work diligently behind the scenes to fulfill the goals of the community’s leadership all based on our company Mission Statement:  Building Value through Team Work.

The staff of Lepin and Renehan remains key to the success of the company.  Our leadership team and senior community managers are certified with distinguished educational designations through the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) and the Community Association Institute (CAI).  Furthermore, Lepin and Renehan is a founding member of AACM and remains involved in the increased professionalism of the industry by remaining involved on the AACM Board of Directors, as well as, through appointments to key AACM committees.
