Our Team
Lepin and Renehan is a locally owned corporation, established to provide the highest level of management, accounting and administrative service to our community and business association clients. Each of these components is overseen by a well trained and knowledgeable individual who reports directly to owner and President Karen Lepin, (CAAM®) and CEO Nick Ferre, (CAAM® & PCAM®).
Karen and Nick have been very involved in the community association industry and have 50 plus years of combined experience. Their industry knowledge is of daily benefit to our clients and has been instrumental in improving the professionalism of the association management industry through their commitment to and leadership in AACM and CAI.
Our Community Managers work diligently to guide and support each Board of Directors in its efforts to enhance and maintain the quality of the community while adhering to the association’s legal documents and applicable local, state and federal legislation. This team of Managers reports to Laura Heffron, (CAAM®) Director of Management Services. Laura has worked for Lepin and Renehan for 18 years and has managed associations ranging in size from 40 to more than 2200 units, maintaining the same commitment to the client regardless of size.
Our Accounting Administrators bring the highest level of integrity and attention to detail to the maintenance of each client’s financial records. They report to Marilynn Monda, Director of Accounting. Together this experienced team ensures the proper processing of receivables and payables and documents these transactions through the production of monthly financial statements and receivables reports. During her 20 plus years with the company, Marilynn has been instrumental in establishing the detailed budget process that our client Boards have come to rely on in fulfilling their fiscal responsibilities, and in establishing policies and procedures that provide those Boards with peace of mind.
Our administrative support team is key to meeting the day-to-day needs of our client associations and their members. These Association Administrators are supervised by Office Manager Nancy Hinsch. Nancy’s years with Lepin and Renehan coupled with her previous customer service experience allow us to address the needs of our clients and their members in a friendly and efficient manner.
