This Maintenance Request website feature is to be used only by homeowners in HOA's under contract with Lepin and Renehan Management, Inc. to provide full management services.

If your HOA is self-managed by your Board of Directors, which means Lepin and Renehan only provides limited accounting and receivables services, Lepin and Renehan cannot respond to maintenance requests. Your Board of Directors should have provided you with an HOA property emergency (non-911) phone number.
